wiring help

Ok guys I need a bit of help from anyone with a wiring diagram for a 98 and newer truck.
I am trying to prewire my Crane HI6 for my truck and need to know on the stock wires going to the coil which color is positive and which is negative. I dont know if it is marked on the coil or not.

I don't know if the 98 or newer are the same but on my 95 the larger gauge wire was the positive one. I would assume it to be the same

Thanks for the info. Can you tell me what color those wires are? I have been sick as a dog for the last couple days other wise I would be under the hood of my truck checking it out already.
