Super Star 121

What do you guys think of this radio I'm thinking of upgrading to it. A friend has one and I like it quite a bit. The high and low bands like it has are a must and I would like to be able to also use it on channel 19 and clearly hear. My Cobra 29 whichever the highest one is that everyone reccomend to me is the biggest POS I have used you can't understand anyone unless you really listen closely and it's still hard to understand them plus it doesn't have the high and low bands which I want. I thought maybe it was just my radio until I used his which was much clearer sounded almost like talking on a cell phone. Although I didn't use it on channel 19 don't know if that made a differnce.
