big a$$ breaker bar.adapters, extensions, wobble sockets,a scan tool,a chain breaker if your into motorcycles, gear wrench set, battery charger, good set of wire stripers, snapring pliers, these thins made by knipex http://www.chadstoolbox.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=199 .i use those alot at work.they have a ton of uses and they work awsome.
rip heads of bolts up,squeeze rivets.they actually fit the head of the bolt also, you cant put tons of pressure on them.its basicly like a open end adjustable wrench that you can squeeze even tighter if needed.
are they as tough as channel locks? even better do they have a lifetime guarentee?
those knipex pliers work AWESOME for alignments, they also have a set out there just like that but they are more of a vise grip....
to tell you how much those things grip, i took a couple nuts and a bolt and threaded them all together and stuck them in a vise, then i grabbed it with the knipex "vise grip" and twisted the head off a 14mm bolt....thats impressive by all means
also, a set of tie rod tools if you work on dodges and older vehicles...
pitman arm puller, pickle forks, a good DVOM, a stethescope, radiator pressure tester, and lastly, a chunk of 2 inch diameter exhaust tubing about 2-3 feet long....makes for a good cheater bar

The Snap On PWZ pliers are the thing to have, better than the knipex IMO. Also a good air hammer is a great thing to own. What else.... Tap and die set. Thats all I can think of, dont know what you have and dont have...
You can never have too many sockets, screwdrivers, pliers/cutter, and wrenches. Some slick things I'd love to get for myself in the near future are gear wrenches, and my dad got a ratchet that you can twist the handle grip part on to ratchet it too. Pretty slick for tight places. Also, get a pair of Mechanix gloves, you'll love them if you have never used them.

As for bigger non-toolbox type stuff, I want to get a big vise, nice corded drill, and a cutoff wheel and MIG welder soon. Another handy item is a halogen light set with a stand. My buddy has a nice Craftsman one that works awesome. I need one of those soon too. I just have a small single halogen light with a built in base right now.

....Knipex makes the pliers and cutters for all the "tool trucks" SnapOn mac matco etc. you can find over 700 Knipex(snap on) tools here, http://www.chadstoolbox.com
