I just got off the phone with Skyjacker about their 7" kit.
They don't have any product info to send out yet but they did tell me a few things.

All kits will be double flex. You can get it with and without the coil over set up. You can get it with either springs or blocks for the rear.

I asked what size tires would fit and they said at least 38's maybe even 40's They had not tried anything yet. Their test truck was still sitting on some 36's which looks tiny on it.

They are not shipping till the end of January.

Depending on what options you want the Jobber price on the kit will be between $2790 and $3270

Since I am not looking to do my lift for at least another 3 to 4 months at a minimum I may go for it. By then they should now if you can fit the 40's under it or just some 38 or 39's

I dont think that the coil over set up would make that big of a difference but you never know. It works good on my stang.

I know I would get the rear leafs. Who would use block to go that high?

i dont know, 40's would be pushing it. i can see 38's with 7 inches of lift, but not 40's. a 5 suspension and 3 inch body lift can barely squeeze 38's and thats 8 inches total.

40s would look really cool but I think that is more than I would want. I think a 7 inch lift is more than I would really want.

I do want a 5 inch lift and 37s.

I will just have to wait till I am ready to do it all and see what is avaliable and what fits with what at that point.

I think the 5" skyjacker double flex is better if thats all you need. You still get the double flex and for a lower price.
