i installed a rancho steering stabilizer today on my ram. on my rig, it bolted right into the stock location and the supplied hardware worked out great. the stock stabilizer was a real pain in the a** to get off. i had to use a pitman arm puller and when it popped off, it shot out about 10 feet. the puller fit better with the wheels turned to the left – this got the bolt away from the trackbar. i can feel a real deference in the steering – it seemed to tighten up. a great mod for under $41.00...

It took a air hammer to get mine off. I went with the trailmaster ssv. My old truck it took a torch and an air hammer to do the job.
