I keep getting these emails from "[email protected]" saying that someone keeps adding new email addresses to my account. Are these for real or fake? Anyone else get these?

Im pretty skeptical of emails these days so I thought Id ask before bothering.

they're fake, i've been getting them here, too, at work. look at the addy they're pointing you to. it's not paypal, it's someones AOL account.
i bought a boost elbow for my buddys cummins off ebay and the guy has perfect feed back from 70 something people but when i email him about getting his address so i can send hi mthe money order he wont email me back, i even emailed his personal account, what do i do???
forward it to paypal. I had to call them one time. I got an email saying $1200 was being charged to my account. "Click the link to log in". My dumb a$$ tried to log in twice, before realizing what I had just done. I changed my password with in 3 minutes. Never had any problems.

Forward it to paypal and delete it from your email :bigthumb:
Yeah, paypal is real good about that. I bought some parts from a guy right before I left on deployment. They never showed up and this guy kept giving me the run around. Paypal refunded my money, no problem.

click the pay now. It should allow you an option to send a MO.
all it did was send me to paypal, but it said i could pay with paypla or other in the auction when i bought it
I got 3 or 4 of those same emails Chris. Just forward the email to [email protected]
great, thanks guys.
I get a few everyday myself....but I know it ain't for me cuz I hate paypal and never really got to use their services.

Plus, I get other ones from eBay all asking for account information to verify, or something for security purposes, etc. Just send them to the fraud departments at each place.
