What do you consider to be HardCore? Rocks? Is there HardCore Mud? HardCore Sand? Let's get some input - and I know SledgeHammer and Rubicon are hardcore, what's to say it's the only HardCore?

I'm talking the 'Con, the Hammers, portions of Tellico (i.e. Helicopter Pad, GuardRail) or the super rutty and always muddy trails there, hard stuff in Moab (i.e. Dump Bump, Potato Salad Hill, Double Whammy) stuff like that. Basically anything rated 4 or better on 1-5 scale.

Don't think there is any Hardcore sand.

For mud,it'd have to be a big ass bog. Tractor tires, blown big blocks, full-size trucks are the only things that get through.

I've never been in anything but mud with my truck and the hardest thing I've been through is about 4 1/2 feet of thick clay mud, the stuff you used to get your feet stuck in when you were a kid and your shoe got sucked right off. I've never played on the rocks or in the sand. I really don't live close enough to either.

Well do you HAVE to be blown (engine wise) to get through some of those deep, deep mud holes? What really is the best mud? 77FORD states that clay is what she has seen, and yet out here in AZ we don't see a whole lot of rain, therefore ANY mud is good mud!! <IMG SRC="/board/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif">
