Need a stock CD player for Ford

Sorry guy's, I know I've asked this before. But my wife keep's changing her mind.(suprise) She has a 2001 Expedition AM/FM cass. She want's the same unit except with a CD player. She wants the stock Ford unit and not any after market as she likes the look as is. WHO HAS SUCH A UNIT? Willing to sale? I'm willing to pay nice$, but all has to work perfect, and plug right in. I would really like to put this under the tree, So PM me ASAP. Merry Christmas.
