So I promised my wife it'd stay stock, but we all know how that goes.

It's a 2013 F350 CC/LB, 6.7 Powerstroke, tuned/deleted, leveling kit, 20x10 Fuel Coupler's on Toyo's, AMP steps, MPD 364 non-vgt, EZ Lynk tuner, and CCV re-route. Truck has 84k now, had 46k when it lost weight. Runs incredible now.

What is the fuel mileage like with all the modifications?

Around 16-16.5 if I can keep my foot out of it. Truck runs really well now.
