funny story after bringin my new ram home

so ya i finally picked up my truck this weekend from new york and drove it all of 24hrs back to north dakota straight. but anyways beyond that, i went and parked next to my buddies lifted chevy tonight and thought it was pretty funny even though he has a lift and tires that are 4"s higher than mine that our trucks still sat at the same height... he was pretty pissed after i confronted him about that...

my first reason to be proud to own a dodge... :bigthumb:

where ya from in nd i'm in bismarck going to school at mary. by the yay names kyle congrats on the dodge and welcome to the site.
i'm in fargo goin to ndsu... names seth. trucks not lifted yet but still great height and will be this spring
yeah mine either still stock but i got the 5" layin on the floor but need to get tires and rims and also now need to get the whole steering and front end done so thats some more money :wall: trust me the whole going to college and try'in to build your truck get expensive fast. my advice if you want to lift your truck peice one together and get a thurenfab track bar right off the bat they have told me it will help with the dodge steering parts problem quite a bit.
Also if you want to get it alittle highter cheaper just watch out for some spacers on here for sale
ya i'm sure that steering stuffs gonna be a pain from what that sounds like but i had a buddy get i think a skyjacker steering stabalizer with his lift and he said everything worked fine but i'll look into that other thing thanks... :D:
HAHA congrats on the new truck! my truck sits the same heigth as my buddies 04 Duramax thats lifted 6" i give him hell about it cause im runnin 35's like he is and no lift! wheres the pics of yours at???

i figured you would post some pics of your new ride!
oh will do... i'm gonna go take some here this afternoon and then i'll post em...
Where in new york did you get your truck? probably came through my neck of the woods :D:
thats cool and all but you couldnt find a truck closer the NY? how much was it
it was actually in newark NJ but i think it was parked in new york or something... not sure. but ya it was quite a ways but it was an eBay buy. it was 10,000 all together and it only had 37,000 original miles on it. it honestly looks like it just got out of a showroom inside and out. not a touch of rust or a scratch or a dent. i just wanted something that i could lift and put quite a few miles on over college...
WOW! Dude, I went and LOOKED at that truck! I checked it out and decided that I wanted a longbed instead.

That's amazing that truck is all the way over in North Dakota! Woulda never guessed it'd end up there. When I looked at it though, it was listed in autotrader.com

That's a nice truck, enjoy it. I just can't beleive it belongs to another PS.com member, and one from North Dakota! :sorry: :driving:
