Ok, let me see if I can explain this.. I got under my truck yesterday to grease up the ball joints for the steering.. I noticed that there are two of the rubber boots that have a crack in them and now they are leaking grease. What should I do here. Has anyone changed out their boots or do I have to change out the whole joint. Does anyone know how much they cost? Thanks.. DDGETHS..

I think that you are looking at new joints in order to replace those.
Most of the time the cracking and leaking is caused by being over stuffed with grease.

Energy Suspension makes polyurethane grease/dust covers for ball-joints.

They probably have something that fits:

They aren't hard at all. On my Ram Charger we changed out all the ball joints in the steering and then dismantled the front wheels and changed the ball joints there and it took us only 7 hours. But for just the steering it should only take a couple of hours if you work at it hard.
