I'm installing an 8" skyjacker lift kit with my friend in his 89 Bronco fullsize. Was wondering if anyone had any helpful hints, with the install especially with the Twin I beam and springs. HAd a few ideas on procedures, but open to others! thanks :bigthumb:

Make sure you got a good Air Chisle(sp)to get the rivets out of the factory radius arm brackets! :bigthumb:
 SAS is not the answer to everything, nor does everyone need one.

Just remember to take your time. When I did my lift I did the pivot brackets first and the radius bracket drops last. This may not be the best route for you. We (my dad and I) had a hard time getting the passenger side radius arm in the RA drop bracket, so it had to be unbolted from the frame, bolted to the RA and bolted back up to the frame. To drill the holes I used an air drill and cheapo stepped drill bits from Harbor Freight....took no time at all to drill through.

Edit:

As in pivot brackets first, bolt the beams back into the pivot brackets, then the radius arms. Keeps from having to handle the whole weight of the beam at one time.
