Are there any hydroboost experts in this group? I have a 2nd gen Dodge with a Cummins with hydroboost brakes. The issue it seems is that the hydroboost pump is relying on the accumulator for the pressure for my brakes. I don't have much braking power at idle or low RPMs but I do at higher RPMs. The power steering pump puts out about 1400 psi when doing the full lock on the steering or just deadheading the pump. I've replaced every component of that system several times with no difference unless the parts I keep getting are defective, I've even put used parts on there off good parts trucks with no difference. Anyone have some advice?

Edit: After some research, it appears the brakes are working off the built pressure of the accumulator, not directly off the power steering pump
