They can mail you a money order, or COD or a personal check and you wait until it clears before you send your stuff to them. You could also open a Pay Pal account so they can use credit cards to pay you, it is really easy. I think UPS and Fedex will ship wheels and tires, Fedex is alot cheaper, I'm not a big fan of UPS.
