make sure your posted signs are visible, next time hes there call the cops.
well if he couldn't see the posted sign hes blind cause he parked right in front of one
Don't mess with the local police.Call your area game warden. They take special interest in poachers.

Wow, really. Too bad they cannot tow from private property.

Anyways, your best bet would be to document the incident (day, date, time) and vehicle description.

Contact your local LE agency and make a report. They should be able to make contact with the registered owner of that vehicle and find out why the vehicle was parked on your property.

From there you can have the LE agency give criminal trespass warning or even attempt to file charges on your own with the prosecutors office.

Signs actually do not have to be posted to be considered trespassing, but this is state specific. Signs of course help, but are technically not required.
umm actually game wardens here in ky and in virginia can tow your truck and impound it for being on another persons property without permission, weve had a guys truck snatched right off of our property then the game warden stayed in our barn and waited for him to come out, which he didnt do.Seen what was going on probably and took off another way but they got him eventually,,Come to find out he was the same guy who had stolen a bunch of stuff also,, :cuss:

they could tow it if the owner of the land says he wants it to be towed. its the same thing as some a$$ parking in front of your driveway so you cant get out.
yup, JR is correct, here in minnesota is the same way. Hell, if you are hunting on someones property without permission, the DNR (department of natural resources) can impound your vehicle. But I think that is only used in certian circumstances. Most of the time the DNR officer will walk out on your land and find the culprit and confront them and tell them to leave.
well my grandfather is gonna get the plates ran by a cop friend. if we don't know who it is we are gonna let it slid until next time and unleash the Game Department on them. if its not this its people dumping trash, or breaking into our trucks when we are hunting. pisses me off that i work hard to keep the place clean and then people invite themselves to use it.
