how much lift

to clear these http://www.pavementsucks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?topic=83447 on my 2500 i already have a 5" lift

If i recall correctly, those tires run alittle small. Id say you could run those comfortably with about 8".

i really dont want a body lift is there any other cheaper way and if not i'll just have to skip it for now
what exactly does your lift consist of? arms and what springs and stuff
blocks and aal in rear and 4.5" coils in front so i think if i ad spacers i might be ok
im just thinking that its gonna pull your axle back a bit with just throwing spacers on there.
