I think the 98's where the first year the dropped the stabilizer to the bottom of the axle. Shouldn't be too hard at all to change that one.
My 97 has the stabilizer going from teh fraem to the draglink and used a tapered bolt at the draglink. Couldn't beat it out, heating it up didn't work. Ended up cutting it flush and drilling the rest out. Seems it is stuck in there good or easily pops out,nothing in between.
