Well went out today.... had fun too...
here are my pics.. I will post more in the future...
from what I hear they got awesome shots of me going through the deep stuff before the ranger showed up...

Young lad...
he has a fullsize 3/4 ton... 33's and 3" body lift.. eventually getting
4" suspension and 33" boggers.. body lift is coming off

Doug -
2004 jeep, receiver bumpers, highlift jack and shovel on back, 2" coil spacers and 31's... getting 3" coils and 33's soon!!!!!

after I pulled Dan out.. I figured id go for it... we got 5 tow straps and 2 winches.. why not

all in all it was fun... had to stay on the main roads.. but there were some holes that were big...
also me being the biggest out there made it difficult as I did go through the hole that the jeep got
stuck in my january 05 wheelin post... when I went in.. i brokeup the ice... and went slow... ice was a good 2"+ thick... I was breaking it up then the front of my truck dropped and slammed the ice... I had to backup to approach again to break it.!!!!



Tell ya what.. Lockers are a beautiful thing... Dan was one leggin it in 2wd.. spinnin and havin fun
playing.. I couldnt do that.. that sucked but good in a way....

well chow.. now going to a Xmas get drunk party!!!!!!

it was a warm / cold though... hell we didnt get pics of me breakin up the one set of ice... it was about 2"+ thick.... hell the truck as I creeped through... hit it like a brick and haulted.. I had to backup and go forward to break it!!! :shock: :bigthumb:

Nice pics. Makes me wanna go play in the Ram. Too bad I don't know anybody out here to wheel with, or anywhere to go. Maybe I'll go out next time I'm back home.

dude your more that welcome to join us.... fine... rangers were cool.. they told us we were not allowed out off the trail.... then dan knew one guy and Doug knew the other... so all in all was cool.. the only reasons why the raingers were out was due to hunting season!!! :shock:

tell ya what dude.. I should have brought my digi and got a shot... it was sweet seeing those SSR's cake up in that slimy, goopey mud..... but hell you still made it to top of that hill......
now we gotta go out and checkout that 4wd!!!!
my father is a pain in the @ss but hell he did your gears!!!! and when he fixes something.. the only way it is wrong is if YOU break it!!! :bigthumb: :rotfl:

they wouldnt have caked if i woulda gave it more gas...they walked up that hill. its cool, ill get my balls busted...as long as the job gets done im fine. ill still clap my shoes be4 i get in the truck too :rotfl: :bigthumb:

Jeff, I'd post my pics, but it looks like you already have them all covered! That was a great trip and another effortless recovery for Rootbreaker. (Glad it wasn't me this time, but I STILL need to break in that winch cable). We'll have to check out the place that ranger told us to go. I know for you that sand isn't all that much fun, but I've heard that my BFG AT's excel at slinging sand.

A Pull Pal would be great to have along, but some spare strips of carpet and Doug's highlift and shovel will work nicely. Oh, wait. We're part of the winch crew now. :D:

me and cold and 4-wheeling dont go together, after kentucky this year, no thanks, i left there cold, wet, tired, and talking to myself, if it hadnt been for LTRAM2000's expert boyscout skills we woulda froze to death :rotfl: :rotfl:
