Do any of the fender flares require you to do some cutting or do all of them just extend out?

The reason I am asking is if you have to cut the fenders do you pick up any tire clearance?

The bushwackers I installed (the extena-a-flares) just screwed to the underside. I had to cut the body moulding along the sides for clearance.

I have the BUSHWACKER (OE STYLE) and they just got screwed on with self tapping screws,so they do not give you any extra wheel clearance.
