Hey all,
I am going to install a new stereo unit in my truck and have been busily looking for an adapter to make the new "smaller" unit look and fit good. Any ideas where I can get one that doesn't look like crap after being installed? What would be the approximate prices so I know what to gauge them against.

Thanks,
Mark

I got my adaptor from the stereo shop that installed all my gear. It was like $15 and fits good and looks good. Nothing is going to look perfect in there since the stock unit is so big. You can get head units that are the same size as stock.

here's a pic of my aftermarket head unit installation kit:

it uses the upper half of the kit for the head unit and the bottom half has a map pocket to take up the wasted space...

the kit is manufactured my SCOSCHE Ind. and you can order directly from them. its about $15 + s/h...give them a call!

make sure to buy the wiring harness also!
