extending arms

ok guys the rig has 8.5 inches suspension lift and i'm looking to extend my 5in skyjacker arms. i did search and it was hard to find info. Anyone do this that could tell me how far to extend the uppers and lower arms.

If you have relocation brackets then to put the axle center go about 1.5", I went 2" even upper and lower, pinion angle is great and axle is 1" forward and doesnt rub anything here is a pic!

The ride is good even though the lower arm is at a large angle, Hope this helps.

so upper and lowers go 1.5? I thought that they were supposed to be different? ps I do have the relocation brackets

that's another thing my pinion angle even with the re indexed transfer case is still way off. At droop in 4 wheel drive i can hear and feel my driveshaft rubbing.
I went right about 2" even upper and lower and it seems to work good for me, when I flex the tire that is being stuffed in the fender actually comes closer to rubbing my bumper than my back part of the fender, as for the shaft have you ground down some of the metal to clearence it yet? I am going to do this today I will let you know how this turns out, and I dont have a re-indexing ring and it only binds when I go to full flex!
