Try TSM mfg, Stainless Steel Brakes etc there are a ton of disc brake conversions TSM is probably one of the most affordable kits.

It's fairly easy, remove the drum brake stuff, bolt on the new mounting brackets (some kits require welding)bolt on the new calipers, new brake lines and bleed the brakes.
