I dunno, this might be a stuid question, but could some one make their own control arms for a larger lift? If they were to get the measurements from some lift company, and make their own arms, it would save a little money. Is this possible? Thanks.

If you can order the tubing, accurately cut the length of the tubing, weld them up, etc. Then definitely.

Not for the casual DIY, but I hope to have the tools/ability to do it in the future.

Then could someone give me the measurements of their upper and lower control amrs on a skyjacker 5.5" lift. Thanks.

As a side-note, skyjacker also relocates the axle-bracket for the upper link about 3" vertically.

for my 5" skyjacker double flex, the upper is 17 3/16" and the lower is 19 9/16".
