Since these photos I have installed a mounting bracket for the column under the dash to hold it from any movment, and installed a mount and hiem on the rod next to the manifold to hold it from any side or up/down movment as well.

Update.... the brand new 35-12.50-15 Procomp A/t's and the new american racing wagon spoke chrome wheels ahve arrived....mounted balanced and installed....

Finsih touches on steering and drive train tommorrow, the the body work, exhuast and paint next week.

Keeping the body on the frame without 8 inch body lift has always been my main focus... any redneck with a welder can literaly weld a car body on a stock truck chassis, and call it bada$$....

Ive always tried to make it looke like it came factory with 4wheeldrive, and all I did was add a boughten lift kit to it.... Dont care who ya are... it takes a little bit of skill, time, and patience to do it...

There was a guy on another board, had a pinto on an EB frame... his signature read..

78 pinto---68 EB frame. 14inches of list, mostly body...

Now is a big body lift soemthign you brag about?

When I first did the car... the rear of the frame held the body way up in the rear.... MOST people usualy cur ehtis by 8 inch body blocks up front to level it, leaving a HUGE gap in the frame... Instead I cut the rear off the frame off and built my own out of 2x3 tubing, and also shortened it 8 inches to fit...

I know that the last post was a long time ago, i was just wondering if there were any more progress pics or finish pics?

Donnie finished it and has been through about 400 trucks since then

the best way to find him is on offroadohio.com if you have questions. I'm sure he will be more than willing to answer as Donnie is an awesome guy.

I sold this thing before it was 100% pinished. The guy I sold it to, "finished" it more in a hillbilyl way than I would have ever dreamed of. It has been sold about 6 times since and 2years ago was the last I heard of it. At that time I was being accused of selling the wrong title with it as the vin number on the title no longer matched the body. Which tells me somebody has swapped another body on along the lines. I offered to purchase it back from the guy who paid $1500 for it but he wouldnt sell.

Im still trying to track it back down to attempt to purchase it back, even if the title is wrong now... I just want it back.

Here is a link to every photo ive ever taken of it.

There is another album entitled 2005 rebuild that shows the last stuff I did to it.
The photos of it painted black are after I sold it, when it showed up to a wheelin trip one day.
