On the newer Rams, some people have had to add the included extension and others have not. When I added my 3" PA lift, I had to use it.

I dunno personally, though I think that just 2 inches would only require a minor adjustment. Hav you looked up there to see if you can buy a "longer" rubber neck for your tank? Let us know! <IMG SRC="/board/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif">

I have a '90 Dakota and i put on a 2 inch body lift and the gas filler neck was barely long enough to reach the gas door mount where it originally was mounted.I don't know about a RC but it might be long enough.
