Where is this vibe coming from, the steering wheel or the seat of ur pants??

if the tires are bias plys like gumbos,ground hawgs etc than they need to rotate to warm up and the vibe goes away.

if they are radials than it sounds suspension related.

was the frame checked for cracks around the ps box?
highly recommend dual steering stabilizers with 35s so maybe its as easy as that.
are both the bumpers bolyed on and very tight?

this is a couple of things ive run into over the years and more than once.

keep us posted and let us now what you find

Maybe a tire is out of balance. Could have happened 4 wheeling. I would check tires. Keep it simple first.

if the torque converter was out of balance it would be making the vibration even in neutral. the converter spins with the engine.

if you have a lock up converter and something is causing it to lock up too early then it may cause a vibration but that doesnt sound like your problem and youd be able to tell because it would feel like putting it in too high a gear in a standard, basically it would chug...

have you balanced the tires lately it could be just that simple. if you havent replaced the balljoints then i really think that will do it. your truck is doin the exact thing mine use to do
