The 35's (315/75R16) don't rub at all and they are a full 35" on a 10" rim. Not sure of the cab height but 6'8" sounds about right. As for the lift, 3" coil spacers and 2" blocks in the rear. The kit also comes with longer upper/lower control arms, a track bar relocation kit, sway bar drop brackets, front bumpstop lowering kit, and shocks. I added the duel steering stabilizers to keep then MT/R's in check. It rides like a stock truck. Also, the Goodyear MT/R's are more aggressive than the BFG MT/km's and a lot quieter and like I said they measured 35.02". Good luck!
