What kind of air pressure should I be running in my 285/75 BFG AT's for highway :-?: I've got em at 40lbs right now.

i ran my bfg's at 45 and went up to 55 and it made a big difference in the way the car drove. It drove better and easier. I would go to 50 and play around a little bit until you get it to where you like it.

hardhead,

read the max psi on your tire! look at the raised letters somewhere on the sidewall of the tire. not all tires are the same...

I run mine right around 50-55. Helps a lot with gas milage, especially on longer trips. That little bit of added friction from a few less lbs. of air sure makes a difference!

I've got my 35's mounted on 15X8" rims and in order to have them sit flat I gotta run about 28psi, however i run abuot 35 on the street and it doesn't ride on the outside inch or so on both sides.

I run 35 psi in the front and 32 in the rear. But that is on 35x12.50 16.5. The higher the pressure the harder your fat will jiggle. :):
