Hey all.. Down the road, I was planning on taking the Vortec 4.3 out of my 1993 Jimmy and putting in a Carbureted Chevy 350 V8 with around 300 horsepower/400-450 lb. ft. of torque... While I'm at it, I was planning on switching the IFS to Solid Axles... I was planning on maybe a Dana 44 Front with a Chevy 14 bolt rear with lockers... What would I do to do the swap? I am an experienced welder with both MIG, TIG, Arc, and Oxy Acetelyene and have gone to Tech School for Auto Body/Painting so fabrication dosnt scare me one bit... Thanks for the help :D:
