80 K5 Blazer

I'm looking into putting a roof rack of some kind on my 1980 Blazer, possibly to hold a spare, high lift jack etc. Do they make these? and will it fit my Blaze? Another quick question. mounting a high lift jack, what do i use to bolt it to the truck? something I can get at home depot? another type of place>? thanks....
