there is a 4.5 in skyjacker lift kit on ebay. Looks as if a bolt kit may need to be purchased to finish install but everything else looks like it is there.

That is a hell of a deal. If anyone has a 2500 and is thinking about lifting the truck they need to grab that deal. You will save 1000 bucks on that one.
