Theres a 88 ford ranger 2wd that i could pick up for cheap. If i get it i was gonna do the pre runner thing to it. How well does that type of ifs hold up to jumping and soacking up bumps?

dude those setups are perfect for baja. where is this truck at? if you dont get it i might. the i big i beams give a lot more travel than a arms. the reason that ranger broke was cus he didnt have limiting straps or anything to retain the coil in the bucket. properly setup these things are awesome. even though i hate fords i would get one.

Ford Rangers are a pretty popular prerunner vehicle. Which means there is lots of stuff out there for it. I personally want to see a dakota prerunnered out. Your big concern is gonna b power the ford v6 pretty much sucks or v4.

I was thinking of picking one up after a Ram and doing the whole prerunner thing too... After a lot of research I would highly recommend http://www.camburg.com
