Agreed, looks very nice. IMO it would have looked better without the upper tubes/bars, but to each his own. Congrats, job well done :bigthumb:

thanks everyone. i need to get my liscence plate on there but maybe ill leave it off till i get stopped for not having it. Antelope alone out number the people in this state so now i wont have to worry about hurting anything if i hit any wildlife.

If anyone wants any info on it jst let me know. thanks for the comments.

Thanks I'm doing to be doing my rear bumper soon so it would be nice to do them at the same time. What much did that thing weight? I think I'm going to get 3500 coils to help out with the load and lift it as well.

its a bit on the heavy side. i didnt notice much squat on the front end tho with it on. maybe 1/8 inch down from no bumper. i used 3/16 inch steel and it is pretty heavy duty. could have got away with 1/8 inch im sure.

the bumper itself is nice looking but your first pictures of the mounting scare me as it looks like any small hit and you will lose the radiator, was there different mounting that was not shown?

yeah ken, at first when i made that piece i made sure to make it extra deep on top until i found exactly how far out from the grill i wanted it to be. after welding and grinding the other two front pieces on, i set it back on the pickup and marked a line so it flows with the curve of the grill and headlights. it only goes about as deep ans the bottom of the grill. so there is plenty of room
