1995 chevy 350 tbi timeing issue please help!

    Ok I have a 95 k 2500 w/ 350 tbi and my timeing is way advanced I know its susposed to be at 0 degreese at tdi but then I retard it bac to 0 it runs like crap I have racked my brain on it and can't figure it out....... n e thing will help

    Sound like the advance is not working right. Is that a vacume advance one? check the vacume line.
    Also go double check your wires are correct and not touching each other.
    Another thing it could be is the coil.
    That last piece it could be is a bad distributor.

    Ok I did all that other then vaccume and changeing the dis. No vaccume on it and another sympem is it runs pretty decent where the timming is. advanced at but sputters and I. Just changed out plugs and wires

    did you disconnect the timing wire before setting to 0?

    Ok this is gonna sound pretty rookie of me but I couldn't find the location for it

    94 and 95 have it under the glove box, its a brown wire with black tracer, since you didnt know where it was, i would say that was your issue, that plug must be disconnected prior to starting to set timing, then shut off and reconnect and the computer takes over
