PRODUCT REVIEW - SIDEKICK OFFROAD TRAIL MAPS

From The Boss

I met Rick Russell from Sidekick Offroad at the 4WheelParts Expo in San Mateo, CA and we talked for a bit and got on the subject of his Trail Maps. He ofered to send me his newest maps and one of his latest creations, Bandana Maps, to introduce you all to them.

All of Rick's maps are printed on a nice glossy paper with trail and area information on one side and a detailed trail map on the other side. For a mere $3.00 each, you get a map with topo features, major and other significnat roadways, area boundaries, the trails themselves, and even GPS coordinates for most trailheads and significant features. Great information for an even greater price. Don't hit the trail without one of Sidekick Offroad's trail maps!

Currently, Sidekick Offroad offers maps for the following areas:

Arrowhead Lake, CA Trail System
Big Bear lake, CA
Dusy/Eshrim Trail, CA
Glamis, CA OHV Area
Hungry Valley, CA OHV Area
Johnson Valley, CA Trail System
Moab, UT Trail Systam
Panamint Mountains, CA Trail System
Rubicon Trail, CA
Smugglers Cave, CA
Stoddard Valley, CA

Rick also offers Bandana Maps for Moab, UT and Glamis, CA. These are cloth bandanas 22" by 22' and have th emajor parts of Rick's paper maps printed on them. These are great for stuffing into a pocket, tying to a cage or other easy to store and grab location so you never need to worry about making sure you have your map with you.

Rick Russell is a huge supporter of the OHV community and offers trail guidebooks, videos and more on his website.
