ok, it's a Rockwell 6" jointer. I recently swapped out the blades, and now it's not cutting straight.
the new blades were set to the same depth as the old ones, and when the infeed table is set to 0" depth, it lines up perfectly leval with the outfeed table, and the cutting edge of the blades. but for some reason, I can't get a straight flat cut.
dose anyone have any idea about what could be off, or which adjustments to check?
any ideas are greatly appreciated, I need to get this figured out, I've got two tables that I need to make leggs for today, and having to mess with this thing is really slowing me down.
Are you measuring with a dial indicator and magnetic base or what? It doesn't have to be off much to give bad results. I don't have a rockwell jointer, mines a craftsman I got from a buddy.

yea, using a dial indicator with a magnetic base.
I managed to get it figured out though.
when I changed the blades, I also swapped the drum assembly(part that holds the blades). evidently, it's not perfectly round. I was rechecking everything, and noticed that the drum had a high spot, which was sticking up just a couple thousandths above the edge of the blades. I ended up just resetting the blades a litte higher, and raising the outfeed table. my depth of cut indicator is a little off now, but it's cutting straight again, and will get me by untill I can get the other cutter head put back in.
