anybody have any advice on the whiplash and full throttle lifts for the newer 2500 rams. Looking at the 10 inch and whiplash is about $600 cheaper with leaf springs in the rear and ladder bars. I hate to see my new truck with tiny 265's on it. Really like Kelderman air ride suspensions, but its a little salty on price.
neither the whiplash, nor the full trottle kits are known to be good durable "off-roadable" lifts. depending on how knowledgable you are about the workings of your truck, you could piece together a kit like many people on this sit have done and end up with 10" of suspension lift for much less than either whiplash or FT would want to charge you. or, if you like things that come in "kits" you could purchase a 7" skyjacker kit for your truck and add 3" spacers without any problem.
i personally am running the full throttle 10" coils on my truck which turned out to be full 11" coils coupled with 4" of spacer. i must say, i am impressed with the quality of the coils, they ride and flex pretty nicely, considering thier size.
I have a 10' whiplash lift on my 2000 dodge and i love it cause i have a stright axle so i dont have to deal with IFS, Whiplash and fullthrottle's IFS lift kits are only good for show-n-go for the street. AS soon as you take them offroad the IFS starts falling apart!!! But if you are gonna be doing mostly show-n-go then go for it!!

thanks guys, just viewing my options and was wondering about these companies. Drew do u run crossover steering with your lift?
yes. dodge, from the factory comes with a cross over steering setup. however i do run an inverted T setup compared to the factory inverted Y setup.
