I have searched and searched this topic to death now. But in all reality though, where can you buy Maxxis Buckshot Mudders online for a decent price. These tires seem to be the best for a 15yr olds budjet

ntwonline.com sells them. The price seems to be good too.

Might also want to check the Dunlop Mud Rovers and Kumho Venture MT's at tire rack. Both good tires on-road and off, and are pretty cheap.

just got 5 maxxis buckshot mudder 315/70/r16 delivered to my door for $730. From selecttire.com

I called them and asked about their free shipping that I had noticed on ebay. Shipping wasn't free, but the tires got to me in a week (salinas, CA) from Florida and they got me a hell of a deal! Try them out. They were the cheapest I could find
