My stock exhaust is in really good shape except for the muffler and muffler clamps, I'm replacing the clamps and thinking about getting a cherry bomb glass pack, does anyone know if that will sound good with the stock exhaust on a 5.9l?

No. Asspacks sound like [censored]. Period. Get a decent muffler like a flowmaster or dynomax.

i highly agree with dirty dog about asspacks. They sound horrific and are a huge annoyance to everyone around you. Exhaust is one of the last things you want to be cheap on, just fork out a little extra cash and get a good sounding real muffler or wait untill you do have the cash to get a real muffler. Asspacks are a huge No-No!

The way I view glasspacks is that they sound good only when you're flooring it, but that gets old quick, then you have to listen to it all the time when you're not flooring it.
