That's a good problem to have. No b.s. I would guess the overwhelming majority of the population would trade places with you. I would like to lose another 10-15.
I'm still fat and I still lift alot of weight... I was actually surprised that I didn't lose that much strength during my knee surgery DOWNTIME. I basically need to lose 75 pounds at the minimum with 90 lbs. being what I would desire most!!!
I just haven't been self motivated like I did when I was out of high school.
EDIT: Disclaimer - I do not lift like Bear, he is the son of Zeus in that department!!!

I used to work out nightly and really enjoyed it, but now the gym I was going to is so packed after work that I can't go. Finally someone opened a new gym that is really close to my house so I'm going to join as soon as I have enough money to buy a year at once. In my year and a half downtime, I gained about 20 lbs. I don't eat real healthy but I've always been able to burn off the calories. Anyway I'm excited about working out again. I hope by this time next year to be back down to 195 or 200 and in great physical shape. I'm not sure I'll ever have those manly thighs like Zac though.

i have unintentionally cut about 20 pounds due to the start of landscaping season and my complete lack of employees. Right now I'm right around 165 at 5' 11", and haven't been this cut since my high school wrestling days. i think i might actually have abs again.
15 hour days, 6 days a week of manual labor for a month and a half + no time to drink beer or eat junk food = instant in shape. I'll probably start hitting the gym and running again after memorial day and things are on a more even keel.
