4.5x5 yes they are the same. It depends on which ford; Ranger has 4.5"x5 but the F-150 Has 5.5x5 and the new f-150 have 135mmx5. It also depends on which jeep.

I am With Stupid Like Brett said. Ranger & exploder wheels fit (5x4.5) fit TJ's, YJ's, XJ's GC's yadda yadda... F-150's (older) and dodge (5x5.5) fit CJ's.

But I believe awhile back you said you had a YJ? If so, it would have to be a ranger or explorer w/ the 5x4.5 BP.

ranger, explorer, s-10, xj, tj,yj and 5 lug dakota wheels interchange. cj's will intrchange with older fords, newer dodges, and oddly enough, samuris and trackers. (i crammed the 33's off my ram onto my sammy)

Most Waggys are 6 lug except for the really old 'late 60s and early 70s ones.

And the old J Series trucks had either 5, 6, or 8 lugs depending on year and size.
