auto to manual trans. swap

I have a friend that has a 80's ramcharger 4x4 and wants to replace the body with a truck cab. One problem is ramcharger is a 4speed and the truck cab isn't setup for a manual trans.
How hard is it to swap the clutch pedal assembly into the truck ?
