Road Armor as usual makes promises that they cannot live up to. His design is full of holes and incomplete. These people have no character and honor. This is the reason they have an F rating with the better business bureau.
Our business motto is complete and total satisfaction or the bumper is free. We have spent over $500,000 on machinery including CNC tube bender for brush guards. All MARK has done is make excuses as you guys have probably heard. He has no control over any of his suppliers.

And I don't mean this Elijah guy and his operation.
I'm talking about the token response from Road Armor, or Alien Patrol, or whatever. These f*ckers have been known to screw people over, and have a history of doing such, time and time and time again and do the very minimum in the form of customer service, save for when somebody starts a post on a message board like this, then there's the token quick explanation of what's going on and how this "other guy" is the bad one in the mix.
F*ck that.
A member on this site went to this other guy's place of business and vouched for what he saw. In the meantime, what do the Road Armors and Alien Patrols of the world got going on for them? A bunch of empty internet promises and stories about how they couldn't ship the right bumper out on that particular day because a swallow in the North Atlantic had pooped in the Gulf Stream and it sent the acidity level of the North Atlantic icebergs off just a bit which created worldwide inability to simply deliver timely explanations or provide anything resembling GOOD customer service. They sure can pound out the excuses in public message forums once their reputation starts heading south.

I could have not said this better myself. I have full shelves of bumpers ready to go and Road Armor has only empty promises and bunch of suppliers holding the bag. You are welcome to come to my facility and examine what we do and i am totaly convinced you would be very suprised. In the next 6 months we will be the the best ( ROAD RHINO) bumpers in the GOOD old USA of AMERICA.

They are selling front bumpers for $750, and rears for $500 The design doesn't look bad, but I know you get what you pay for. Anyone heard of them before? I don't want this to be another Alien Patrol!
Hey firelizzard, these bumpers are the real deal. Much better then Road Armor in all areas. Besides we are very honerable people and easy to deal with. Proof is in the pudding as they say. We walk the walk and talk the talk, while Mark and Road Armor constantly flounder.

So??
If this guys stuff isnt junk, and it gets here on time, then I'll order a front and rear bumper today. Its a no brainer to me who Id rather do business with.
Elijah, What do you say about that this claim of you using inferior steel?
What sort of warranty do you put on your product?
