I saw one of these in person a few weeks back. Up close, they don't look nearly so good as in the pics.
Specifically, the bumper was on an SLT, which has the flat-bottomed grille. All the Dodge bumpers dip down in the middle to accomodate the dropped grill of the sports, so to fill the gap they just weld in a verticle plate at the back of the bumper. Looks cheesy.
Bumper is fricking huge... And maked the truck look overweight. Granted, it wasn't a lifted truck, but it definitely didn't look right.
The Road-Armor emblem cut out of the skid underneath the bumper and the other little cuts they make give it a real poser look.
Quality of build looked good, as did the paint. Hell of a lot better on both than my Reunel when I *first* got it. I've since had it repainted (needs it again, and a clear-coat added this time as well).
Overall, these things just kill your approach and departure angles... I think I'm going to sit down in 3D Studio and start work on a new bumper skin some night, and see if I can come up with something that will work well.
However, to do that, I will need both straight-on front and straight-on profile pics of the same ram (preferably a sport). Anyone got any? I know I don't have any of my truck scanned in.
