Okay, so for my English class I have a research paper coming up. I chose to do mine on Illegal Immigration because I like to stir stuff up in class basically. Good discussions are what makes it fun, right?

Anyways, so I think the stance I want to take on it is, how they live here and use the system and what we need to do to stop it.

Basically, I want your opinions on the subject. If you have any other points of view that I should look at...or??

Also, I need 4 good sources. Only one can be a website. Help?? I didn't know there were things out there for sources other then the internet. Just kidding. But really.

are you focusing on a particular border/race of people?

perhaps include some comments on the immigration laws of the countries the illegals are coming from.

Well mostly mexicans because thats what I deal with the most. Yeah, I need a good way to find the laws and what not.

I was thinking about maybe starting the paper out with a story about an illegal killing someone while drunk driving or murder....Something along those lines to grab the classes attention when I present it.

mcain already plans when he gets into office to put up a border fence and round up all the illegals and deport them and make them come back legally

check out immigration... lol, the actuall office of immigration, check out border patrol, im currently doign a research paper in my american history class LOL...

check gov't websites. and police logs, do a search for police logs... u can probably get away with siting it as a newspaper article that way.

there are several articles ive read about texas border patrol, sherrif, etc being prosecuted for defending themselves against illegals. and/or law enforcement being killed and the POS's who kiled them getting off free.
