My dad inherited a '89 Ford F-150 from his dad when he passed away a few months ago. It has some steps on the side and my dad decided to put some 33" buckshots on there. It actually fit pretty decent but it did rub the steps some and need some more groud clearance so I ordered him a set of 2" spacers that went under the coil spring. I put them in and it helped out. We didnt make the shocks longer or anything else. He went to go and get it aligned today and they said that he needs a axle pivot bushing bracket. I guess that is where the adjustment is to align the vehicle and it is maxed out or something. My dad did some lookin around online and can only find a trac bar drop bracket. Anyone know where to find this other bracket? How hard would it be to make one?

They dont make drop pivot brackets for only 2" lift, so youll have to get camber caster shims for the balljoints and than you can get it aligned right. I know skyjacker makes them, part #1032H.

They said that it needs the bracket that drops the axle pivot mount down so that it is back in the stock location.

ok
I still suggest you pull the spring spacers out and do with an alignment, then do the trimming
