Emissions Canister
This last weekend I noticed a ticking comming from near the t-case, while in park mind you. So i crawd under and its coming from the canister that is cicrle with the square next to it. After some searching i found out it was the emissions canister, no thanks to the haynes manual cuz it doesnt mention anything about the thing. So is it bad cuz its ticking? or is something else goin on?

RE: Emissions Canister
mine is doing it and always has.... Dunno

Check the line connection and make sure it's tight with no broken or damaged lines. I don't believe there are any pumps or anything in the area, just the charcoal canisters. The purge valve is in the engine compartment I think. Otherwise, if you have no engine or malfunction lights on in the dash, leave it be!

Depending on what state you are in, be careful about messing with it. Some states will crucify you for modifying it
