[Drivetrain] help to find the right spindle for 79 f-250 custom

My brother in law have a 1979 ford f-250 custom 4wd, totalt weight is 3090kg, 8bolt wheels, 44-9f dana front axle
He broke the spindle on one side and needs a new one (gona change both sides i guess), but we're strugeling to find the right one.
The info i got is a number he found somewhere 3-54d9taava610069-2, i found out that 610069-2 is the B.O.M but i can't link that info to what spindle we need.
I've search and found a couple of item's i think it might be, but i'm not sure

Some of the measurements looks like the one we need, but not all.
total length of the old one is about 15,9cm (6,26")
flange dia is 15,5cm (6,10")
5 holes.

Anyone that can help or know where i can look for the right part?
I want to buy this in US because here in Norway they want close to 1000$ for this.

i am 90% sure the 1/2 ton and 3/4 ton spindles were the same on ford d44(except big hub low pinion highboy axle), the f100 axle was also different and used a 6 bolt spindle like the early bronco
