I would just go with the 3" unless you can somehow fab up your own. Its only an inch difference. It wont really matter much on the truck, but with a woman, it might make a difference
Btw, there some bumper brackets for sale on here for 100 shipped. so get those and you will be ahead when you do get a body lift!
Nah. I dont think it will make them look small. 2"s will only put you up to 4" of lift. Mine has a 3" lift with 33"s and i actually wish that it had at least another inch or two all the way around.
does any one here run the gap guards or in there no need for them on are trucks?
I pulled these instructions from pa web sit does this make any sense to you guys and is this saying you don't need bracket!
Rear bumper – drilling (2” lift) Measure straight up on
the frame 2" from the rear two stock bumper mounting
holes. Drill a 1/2" hole in these locations. Measure
straight up 3/4" from the last stock bumper mounting
hole. Drill a 1/2“ hole at this location. Measure 1 1/4"
straight down from the hole in the bumper bracket that
only secures the inside bracket to the frame. The other
two locations will use the stock holes and mount to the
new holes in the frame.
