Cross-Country Vintage car race

Ok, I was talking with a friend got to talking about cross-country car races. A few years ago it came through Nashville and stopped at the Lane Motor Museum. I believe that all the cars in it have to be pre 1960 or something or completely custom. I can't remember the name for the life of me. I don't think they can use GPS or type of electronics. This might be along shot but thought that somebody here might know what I was talking about. I remember one of the trucks was a semi-truck with a chopped top and huge side pipes that was painted white.
